All items are handmade. Natural variations in colour, size, weave, and finish are inherent to handcrafted goods and are not defects. Product images are as accurate as possible but slight differences may occur. Many items are one of a kind; once sold, that specific piece may no longer be available.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed at the time of order through our available payment providers. Orders are confirmed only once payment is successfully received.

4. Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping

We ship worldwide from Sindh, Pakistan. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs and courier handling. Any import duties or taxes charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer.
